Drop whatever you're doing, we have a situation in here! A stay-at-home mother has posted a picture of the 'impossible to open' cupboard and she needs your tips to open it without destroying these precious porcelain plates.
'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.
What would you do in this situation? Post your answers below!
Update: The photo was actually taken after an earthquake in the Tottori Prefecture on October 21st, in a hotel owned by the Kishida family.

Burn the house down, blame it on faulty wiring. Have insurance buy new porcelain.

Move to a fault line area and hope for a small quake to reposition the bowls.

Slide the door open little by little until you can squueze in your hand and until you can reach in to get the nearest bowl and take them out one by one. Prepare for a long night..

Get an ice hockey goalie glove, open the door, catch the plates before they have far to fall. The goalie glove is large enough to catch all the plates. Be sure to Youtube it so you can make the next NHL draft. You will then be making enough money to afford to buy a replacement set for that time when it all happens again and you can't find your goalie glove.

Ask Dio Brando to use Ze Warudo to stop time as you open the door. Then quickly grab the plates and put them in a safe place before time resumes.

It looks like the door to the left is open. If no divider just reach in and push them back up. if not, slide some cardboard or thin plywood between glass and bowls then open. But earlier answer of tilting the cabinet backwards is most reasonable, provided cabinet is not built in.;

Put pillows and soft cushions or duvets around where the bowls will fall, they will fall on the soft items and not smash!

Shrink firefighters and post them through the keyhole. They might need a trampoline, string and straws.
