Drop whatever you're doing, we have a situation in here! A stay-at-home mother has posted a picture of the 'impossible to open' cupboard and she needs your tips to open it without destroying these precious porcelain plates.
'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.

Slide a big balloon or many balloons through, inflate them inside so they take the weight of the plates, open the press slightly and slide your hand in to hold the plates and put them back in place

It seems like a cabinet with slide doors... This kind of cabinet normaly have 2 doors... Simply slide the other door as much as you can and them try to reach the plates... If you have only 1 door, them the only way is cut the glass, but even then you have to be very careful because it will not be easy, you might broke 1 or 2...

It is clear on what you must do! Open the cupboard as fast as humanly possible and hold out your arms quickly and catch as many as possible. Build a basket made out of sponges, hold it under the cupboard and then open it.

Tape the right window, break the glass gently, tape would prevent the glass spread, take out some broken pieces. Get the plates.Viola!

Use a stool, break the glass above the plates/ bowls collect the bowls. Clean the broken glass up, get a nice looking plate and bowl rack. Place the bowls and plates and replace the broken glass with new.
