Drop whatever you're doing, we have a situation in here! A stay-at-home mother has posted a picture of the 'impossible to open' cupboard and she needs your tips to open it without destroying these precious porcelain plates.
'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.
What would you do in this situation? Post your answers below!
Update: The photo was actually taken after an earthquake in the Tottori Prefecture on October 21st, in a hotel owned by the Kishida family.

Place a big tub filled with water under the door.
Open the door gently and the plates will fall into the water without breaking :D

Break a glass from the top ;) it's more worth fixing a glass then buying a new set of those plates :)

Drill a small hole on top and pour in iron sand. Remove your jewellery or any other metallic objects.Place magnets (not too strong to ever remove) on top.

Have a pillow ready. Open the door in lightning speed and place the pillow in the ground so that the plates will fall on the pillow. But for that u need lightning speed. Try spiderman, superman or M.S.Dhoni

Relax, and let The Force guide you. Remember, a Jedi can feel The Force flowing through him. Or her.

You can insert a deflated balloon from a suitable hole. And then inflate it before opening. This will help you push the plates back.

Leave them and call it kitchen art.

If possible, use big string and carefully stretch it from top to bottom of the door, slide it from inside like a vertical bar between the glass door and cups. If necessary, do it with more strings, so they hold the cups. Then open the door. Cheers!

Assuming you're a muggle...
Write a letter to Harry Potter or Hermione or Ron or any other wizard or witch (wouldn't count on Lord Voldemorts help though...) explaining your problem asking for help. Catch an owl. Bind the letter to it's paw and send the owl to the wizard or witch you've asked for help. Open the cupboard and watch everything break. Wait for help to come... nothing that a simple reparo spell can't fix right?

If you get a tiny Indian and put him in the cupboard, I'm sure he will fix that for you.

Find a magic lamp, rub it and a genie will appear.
He will grant you 3 wishes.
Use one of them to wish the plates stacked normally again. Use the other two for world domination.
