Drop whatever you're doing, we have a situation in here! A stay-at-home mother has posted a picture of the 'impossible to open' cupboard and she needs your tips to open it without destroying these precious porcelain plates.
'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.
What would you do in this situation? Post your answers below!
Update: The photo was actually taken after an earthquake in the Tottori Prefecture on October 21st, in a hotel owned by the Kishida family.

I'd get a sharp stanley knife, remove the putty in the pane to the right, remove glass and gently remove plates, the reputty glass back in again, Simples

Open door just enough to get cookie sheet or similar in, tilting under shelf. Slide up and support dishes from falling. Proceed to open door fully.

Just re-boot it. Should fix the problem.

Put pillows on the ground right infront of that cupboard, then let the man fall

Drill a big a hole through the cupboard wall from the section to the left, enough for you to reach the plates and save them.

I would carefully smash the glass above the dishes & carefully go in above the dishes to retrieve them.

At the back of your dryer in the laundry room you may notice a small opening typically referred to as "The Porthole of Missing Socks". This is where the other half of every sock-pair eventually goes through. Connect a hose to this and run it over to the inside of your cupboard. When the cupboard is filled with socks you can safely remove both the dishes and the socks. Two problems solved!

Take a glass cutter, cut a hole in the panel beside it. Push the plates back into a safe position and have a drink to celebrate your genius. Good luck .

Quite easy. Go to you local mages guild and find a mage that specializes in illusion spells, have them cast telekensis. Fee will range anywhere from 500 - 1000 septims. I can provide a map of tamriel if needed, but you can't fast travel with enemies nearby.

Hold down the power button and home button at the same time, until the apple logo appears.

Find someone with telekinesis. Force them to your home and make them hole the plates while you open the cabinet and put them back where you go. Tie that person in your basement while you bribe someone who can wipe memories and bring them to make the first person forget all about you.

Ignore those bowls. Seal up the cabinet as an art piece. Use reusable plastic bowls.
