Drop whatever you're doing, we have a situation in here! A stay-at-home mother has posted a picture of the 'impossible to open' cupboard and she needs your tips to open it without destroying these precious porcelain plates.
'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.
What would you do in this situation? Post your answers below!
Update: The photo was actually taken after an earthquake in the Tottori Prefecture on October 21st, in a hotel owned by the Kishida family.

Put a pillow or something soft underneath the cupboard and then open and hope it lands on the soft sheets

Remove the glass above the bowls. If it's a face mount door barely open the door and use a wooden yard stick from home depot to gradually push them on to the shelf.

With someone's help tilt the cupboard backwards. Open up the door remove the plates and everything else thats inside. Stand back up the cupboard. Rearrange everything back in cupboard. Only works if it's not fixed to the wall or anything else

Get a needle and a string. String has to be longer than the height of the cupboard. Thread the needle inside the cupboard door from the top and all the way down. The end of the string will have a heavy-duty tape attached to it and will guide it all the way down. Once the tape is on the inside of the door, slip the tape inbetween the plate and the door. It should hold it enough so you can open the door slowly and get your hands on the plates.

Borrow a Portable Hole from Roger Rabbit, put it on the floor and open the door. Sell the broom and the vacuum cleaner.

cover the lower glass pane with duct tape
And then take a big hammer break it with medium force no to shake the cupboard.
Then remove the tape it will come off as one sheet and the glass will be stuck to it.
Then save your plates. Changing one glass pane is much cheaper than your China collection

Train hard for years. Get quick.
Open the shelf.
Throw a pokeball fast.
You gonna catch them all.
