Drop whatever you're doing, we have a situation in here! A stay-at-home mother has posted a picture of the 'impossible to open' cupboard and she needs your tips to open it without destroying these precious porcelain plates.
'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.
What would you do in this situation? Post your answers below!
Update: The photo was actually taken after an earthquake in the Tottori Prefecture on October 21st, in a hotel owned by the Kishida family.

Put a mattress below the cabinet so the dishes fall on safe ground.

Seal it shut, carefully remove the cabinet from the wall as to not disturb the plates. Find local art gallery and reinstall, sell for small fortune. Take the proceeds from the sale, reinstall cabinet, and replace all the items in the cabinet. Problem solved

Tap and hold on the cupboard until it wiggles. Tap the X button to delete it from your kitchen. Then re-download the cupboard (from your Purchased list).

Using a ceramic drill make a hole in the glass to allow you to poke a stick to push the plate in contact with the glass back on to the shelf. Then open the cupboard carefully keeping the stick pushing the plates if necessary.

Slide a piece of duct tape vertically into the gap between the two cabinet doors so that the adhesive side is facing the bowls. Repeat until there is enough tape to hold the bowls inside. Open the cabinet door carefully, then remove the tape and throw the bowls at the idiots who made you waste half a roll of duct tape on something stupid.

Gently cut and remove the glass above the bowls using glass cutter then simply use your hand to take out the bowls...

Break the glass and catch the bowls with a net. The cupboard works again, and next time the bowls topple, it will fall through the hole and will not block the door again. :)

Extra pair of hands needed for this : Slide a big metal pane between the door and the plates. One person holds the pane while the other fills the plates out petit-a-petit. Bon appétit !

Open the door and let it goes, you can't get the new one if the old haven't gone yet.
