Brains are constantly processing insane amounts of data, so it's no wonder they sometimes get overwhelmed. Recently, tumblr user debrides shared one of their most embarrassing mind eclipses, and since most people own some brain, internet users started relating to it with equally crazy and hilarious stories of their own.
From wishing a fun funeral to calling employees "the inmates," these brainfarts were so smelly, they will make you feel like a rocket scientist. Scroll down to read what happens when someone 's body computer experiences a 404 error and feel free to share your own personal examples below!

I worked on a cruise ship out of Miami, FL in the early 90s. We would get bored welcoming passengers onto the ship. A friend of mine from Scotland used to say, "I'm going to slap yer dish ya smelly goon." We decided to use that as our greeting, sort of. We would say, "Goon afternoon. Welcome, I'm bored." Instead of, good afternoon. Welcome aboard. I accidentally looked at a passenger and said, "Goon afternoon. I'm bored." Oops! My Scottish friend and I busted up laughing.

So I've worked at a hotel for about a year now and just started volunteering at a hospital since I'm almost done with medical school. This one particular day they had me answering phones at the nurses desk that connected to the patient rooms. I don't know how many times I had to stop myself from saying (hotel name ) this is Jenna, how may I help you?

Once I had a meeting with a very high level professor. At the end of the meeting, she told to me "It was lovely to meet you". I wanted to respond "It was lovely meeting you too", instead I said to her "I love you too." Should've seen the look on her face.

One time I walked into a gas station with a friend, the cashier was apparently hitting on me and complimented my glasses. He said " hey those are nice glasses" I'm not good with people and being hit on. In my flustered state my only reply was "Thanks! They're men's. " and I walked away shaking my head. I cannot believe I said that.

Few weeks ago, in one of my law classes I was studying personal defence.
And then came my brainfart moment. Arguing about the topic I was like the person didn't use personal defence and it was rather a culpable homicide but I justified my statement with the motion of private defence

I started a new job at a university and went out to dinner with a few colleagues. Unfortunately, this was around the time my daughter was potty training. One of the ladies excused herself to use the restroom and I said, "Be sure to wipe real good." Luckily, everyone laughed. That colleague became a friend, and for years I tried to hold her hand whenever we were in a parking lot or crossing a street, just as I did for my daughter.
