Halloween is the time of year when ghosts, vampires, witches, and all kinds of creepy creatures supposedly come out to play. But while these familiar characters are usually frightening concepts, they can also be surprisingly funny, especially when a talented cartoonist decides to give them a completely different personality.
Mark Parisi, the creative mind behind the long-running single-panel comic Off the Mark, knows exactly how to find humor in the unexpected. Longtime Bored Panda readers will probably recognize his distinctive style, as we've featured his work numerous times before. His cartoons have entertained readers for decades with clever wordplay, amusing observations, and unpredictable punchlines. This time, we're bringing you a special Halloween-themed collection featuring vampires, zombies, ghosts, witches, and trick-or-treating mishaps, all with Parisi's signature comedic twist.
