✨ Artworks in Pure and Natural Shades of Sand✨
Hi, my name is Nancy Tschetner.
I am a full time artist, based in Hamilton, New Zealand where I have a little art studio & gallery. The majority of my work is solely created with up to 40 shades of pure and natural sand. Gradually, each and every grain becomes part of a larger image represented in my pictures.
Just like us, when we come together and stand together, we are stronger and can achieve greater things.
I want to create and bring joy, hope and memories into every home.
I want to create CONNECTION. Connect people with eachother and to NATURE.
The main subject of my work is nature.
I also create COMMISSION PIECES, SAND PORTRAITS of people and animals, LOGOS or artworks on doors and other suitable product.
With the colour variations of the sand, I can capture the distinctive attributes of that special being and the fleeting magic of a place or memory. The sparkly texture of the sand brings any subject to life
I am working in COLLABORATION with www.howmanyelephants.org to raise awareness and funds for the African elephants crisis.
I am always interested in collaborating with other business to support good causes, protect and safe nature.
