Drop whatever you're doing, we have a situation in here! A stay-at-home mother has posted a picture of the 'impossible to open' cupboard and she needs your tips to open it without destroying these precious porcelain plates.
'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.
What would you do in this situation? Post your answers below!
Update: The photo was actually taken after an earthquake in the Tottori Prefecture on October 21st, in a hotel owned by the Kishida family.

Have a folded blanket at the ready. Slowly open the door and the bowls should fall softly onto the blankie! Or not.

Marry a teppanyaki chef. Have him simultaneously open the cupboard and throw the bowls to you one at a time while you walk backwards across the kitchen. Catch each bowl in the increasing stack of bowls in your hands. The final bowl will be full of delicious food.

While applying light pressure to the door, to keep the plates in place, remove the top cover of the cupboard, reach inside and rescue priceless porcelain.

The cupboard has sliding doors... just bite the bullet and slide it open fast and big enough for ur hands to go in and prevent further damage, shouldn't have more than 2 or 3 broken dishes

Go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over.

Put a little trampoline on the counter for the plates to bounce off of when they fall and then put a big bean bag for the plates to land on when they bounce off the trampoline.

It appears the other cupboard door is able to open? HAVE someone hold the other closed. Reach in. Careful you extract the critical one first. GOOD LUCK

Every dish is close to each other holds each other, so if you slightly open the door and use a kind of long stick to push the plates back while opening it you will be fine... you can always call Dacind Blaine!

Open the door very slightly and squeeze through a whole can of expanding shaving foam!
