Slide in a thin piece of acrylic under the door so the plates rest on the panel instead. Then, open the door and rearrange the dishes.

Slot a piece of sturdy plywood or ruler through the bottom or side of cupboars door to hold back the 2nd plate, make sure you have a large laundry basket to catch the falling first one. Best of luck to you.

Lock the door first, it will keep the door frame stay in place when you smash the glass..
Smash the glass at the top, left and right..
Put the porcelain which 'hang on the glass' first meanwhile dont forget to keep the porcelain at the right at it's place.
I think it will be a domino effect if you only focus on one side and forget the other side.
