Drop whatever you're doing, we have a situation in here! A stay-at-home mother has posted a picture of the 'impossible to open' cupboard and she needs your tips to open it without destroying these precious porcelain plates.
'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.
What would you do in this situation? Post your answers below!
Update: The photo was actually taken after an earthquake in the Tottori Prefecture on October 21st, in a hotel owned by the Kishida family.

First remove the big bowls to the upper right. At least you can get your hands on them.
As for the ones against the window? Get a towel and hold it under the bowls. Get one or more people to slide the shelves backwards and catch the falling bowls in the towel.
Might need 2 people holding 2 towels actually.
And wear a helmet just in case.

Step 1: Open cupboard door and sadly watch dishes crash onto kitchen floor. Step2: Masturbate in the sink.
Step 3: Smoke a cigarette.
Step 4: Watch Downtown Abbey.

Take out the glass from the door next to it, reach in and gently remove plates, open door, take out rest of the plates, replace glass from first door.

Gently move the cupboard away from the wall, unscrew the back panel then place a cardboard box padded with blankets on the shelf underneath. Use the box to push the door open from the inside so that the dishes fall into it.

This is zen and feng shui forces speaking to you. You have too many things. Discard the broken dishes and use this as ground zero. Go through every closet, shelf, and cupboard and cut your possessions by half. Take them to the nearest second hand store to make their day. Then do not bring anything new into your house without removing something old (this works well for boyfriends too).

My husband says to open the door enough to get your hand in then push the bills back onto shelf. He's a very logical and serious man I'm afraid.

Ask Donald Trump. I'm sure he has a secret plan. If he suggests building a wall over it, you may want to ask if the dishes will be deported before the wall goes up.

Tell the dishes they are part of a Mannequin challenge and not to move. Open the door and take them out.

Butterfly net! Slide it in sideways and turn it to catch the bowls.

What I would do: Buy a can of spray foam insulation, connect a rubber tube to the can that would fit in between the edge of the door and the frame, spray the foam around the dishes, let it set up and then open the door, cross your fingers and close your eyes.....
