James Fillyaw, a Baltimore-born and raised resident with 4 generations of family in the city has spent most of his life working in people-first and community-centric environments, specifically those targeting racially minoritized populations throughout the Baltimore region. Most notably, CO Founder of Baltimore Tracks, a community-based tech coalition in Baltimore City.
