Honestly that's fair. Usually I did stay pretty calm but on that particular day, and that particular person just really got under my skin-- like people were ignorant frequently, that's just returns, but how rude she was to me, to the other people ahead of her, then not having her things ready, berating a coworker, berating me and doing all that when you're trying to return a p**s mattress-- like... I'm being paid minimum wage, I'm not bagging something covered in a strangers urine, I'm not giving you a full refund for it. Like why be ignorant to someone you need to want to go above and beyond for you... and then to take the phone call and complain about me to my face stopping me from being able to help anyone else-- like i just snapped. But hindsight, yeah it wasn't my most mature move and I'm not proud of it.

Yup. I didn't talk to anyone about anything until like uni when i could get my own therapist and I knew my friends didn't know my family. My mom always wanted full control and awareness but would throw anything she knew in my face e.g Would check the bathroom trash for tampons-- so if i had ANY reaction she didn't like she could say I was PMSing-- to whoever was around-- friends, coach, teachers etc. by the time I was 16 I was throwing them out in a ziplok and putting them straight in the trash bag once it was outside instead. My mom got upset that I refused to tell her or mark it on my bedroom calendar for her to see when i was at school so decided I must be pregnant, made me go to a doctor and when the doctor was like 'do you want your mom in there' and I said "no" she was absolutely fuming, cancelled my appointment and took me home. Then she can't figure out why we don't have a close bond.
