My concern is that your fear of doing things alone could make you miss out on opportunities. I knew a man who missed a really good concert because he felt he should have a date for it. A married woman never went to a ballet because her husband wouldn't go. Maybe you can start with something small, such as buying groceries or having a coffee close by.

Lovely words Viviane. You should never do things that make you feel uncomfortable, but at the same time it is good to push yourself out of your comfort zone so you know what you can really achieve. :)
