I am a fox that has a phobia of foxes (and is confusing) I enjoy running around to meet people and reading articles on bored panda. Ok, just a secret here, im a wolf... Bᴜʟʟʏɪɴɢ? The description is could be describing a mad toddler at this point. On an unrelated note, that last picture looks so nice.

I don't think the the things with the kids is too common, I'm living there right now, and in the roughly 5 years I've been here, I might have seen it 3 or 4 times. It might be more common in more rural areas though.
