Cats have a remarkable talent for bringing both comfort and chaos into our lives, and artist Luis Coelho understands this feline dichotomy particularly well. Through his Purr.in.ink series, he turns the mischievous, dramatic, affectionate, and occasionally baffling behavior of cats into charming comics and illustrations filled with personality.
Coelho’s expressive black cats may look deceptively simple at first glance, but they manage to communicate an impressive range of emotions or serve as his way of sending a positive message to his followers every day. Of course, these furry characters are no strangers to Bored Panda. We’ve featured Coelho’s work several times before, most recently sharing another collection of his funny, cozy, and wonderfully relatable cat illustrations. And since the cats of Purr.in.ink clearly haven’t run out of opinions or new ways to make us laugh, we’re back with another batch for fellow feline enthusiasts to enjoy.
Scroll down to see Coelho’s latest adorable creations, especially if you share your home, and probably most of your personal space, with a cat.
