I am a painter and illustrator at heart. When I create, I reach for pencils, paper, inks and gouache. My color pallet is limited, that way I can turn up the personality of the woodland creatures. You can check out my work at www.hiericbro.com
In general, a computer is my last step when I'm creating. When I do, I notice that collaborating helps to see my work in new ways. Studio 606 contacted me about creating NFTs. I jumped at the chance. After some research we found the mechanics behind to randomizing the NFTs.
Once I selected my zen bear as the base, I printed out the template so that I could paint directly on the paper. It was a natural choice to start adding pandas, more bears (obviously) and play with expressions.
Then things got really fun, I started to get wild and pull from my more out there influences, Marvel, Street Fighter and fantasy.
Our developer Mike Frankovic was brave enough to add all of these wild high ideas into his tuned up machine and fire it up.
Once we figured out the visual combinations, we named them all randomly buy connecting names to the different parts.
After tons of lightning, beeps, laughter, bear growls and maybe a fog horn, we are proud to invite you into the mixed up world of the Wild High Club. Check out 'em all at wildhighclub.com
