Here Are My 17 Pics Of Wild Camping In Lithuania

Did you know that there are more than 2500 beautiful lakes in such a small country Lithuania? Not only everyone can enjoy sandy beaches and cool water during hot summer days, but also find plenty (about 300) of free campsites near lakes and some of the rivers as well. Most of the campsites are fully equipped and comfortable to stay for the night.

Even though Lithuania has Baltic Sea shoreline which attracts tourists from all over the world, the true nature lovers choose to camp in magical Lithuanian forests. While staying at a campsite, people usually have the opportunity to visit some of the educational nature trails or observation towers nearby (which Lithuania are famous for too!), and pick some fresh blueberries and wild strawberries while hiking.

Be sure—wild camping in Lithuania is definitely worth a try if you want to spend some time with your family, friends, or even alone, clear your mind and listen to your soul.
