I’ve seen lots of people answer questions with sad stories, (thats okay! I’m not judging or anything) so I wanted to know, who helped you through those sad and hard times? If no one was there for you (I’m sorry, you shouldn’t have to go through anything alone,) then write about how you helped yourself through it

There was never really someone who was always there. I have suffered silently through so many things. People always wonder why I don't talk, it's because I feel like I am the only one I can trust to not hurt me, and even that's not true because I am constantly criticizing and hating on myself. I don't really know what got me through it, because I'm not through it. It seems like a new battle will start before I've beat the last and they pile up like the dirty clothes on my chair.
