Who Else Is Having Ice Cream For Breakfast? i Am Definitely One Of Those People Who Will Eat My Feelings. I Spent My Teenage Years Struggling With Anorexia And Bulimia ( Back In The 1970’s Where It Was Highlymisunderstood And Not Treated At All). Maybe My Father Calling Me Fat Had Something To Do With It 🤷♀️ luckily In My 20’s I Began A Healthier Relationship With Food And Mostly Because I Started Having Children Of My Own. I Had To Take Better Care Of Myself To Take Care Of Them, So Pregnancy Was A Good Reason To Eat Better And More Often. i’ve Always Loved Food In General And Know That Feeding People, For Me Anyway, It’s A Way To Show Others Love And Became A Chef At 45. now I’m 58 And At Peace With Eating Anything I Like In Moderation And Getting Exercise To Compensate When I Overindulge. I Learned Balance, But Old Habits Die Hard And I Am Still What I Consider A Binge Eater. therapy Helps. And Self Care Is A Must. If You’re Eating Ice Cream For Breakfast Today, Enjoy It Without Shame. @anxiety_within @dismalchips . . . . . #eatingdisorderrecovery #eatingdisorderawareness #eatingmyfeelings #bulimiarecovery #anorexiafighter #anorexìa #anxiety #anxiouseating #bpdawareness #safeplaceinsideyourhead
