Blindness. I've seen it a few times but it always leaves me feeling sad and uncomfortable for hours or even days after. It's about a highly contagious virus that renders you instantly blind and anyone who has it are thrown into quarantine together. Dark stuff ensues. The film stars Julianne Moore and Mark Ruffalo but I don't know many people who have seen it.
