I was told I could never walk again after an accident back in 2013. After a long time and a lot of hard work, I took my first steps July 2017 with walking aids. Now I walk a 4 day walking experience, 2.5 km per day (called avond 4 daagse in the Netherlands). Def won the bet with my doc's.

My biggest bucket list goal (as I have many items on the list!) was to travel to all seven continents. That's right, including Antarctica! It took a lot of scrimping and saving, but over the course of 10 years I managed to get to all the continents! I hope that post-pandemic, travel will be more environmentally sustainable, as it has definitely helped me appreciate the beauty of the world and what we, as humans, need to do to conserve it.

I became a scuba diver, graduated from college, and earned a 2nd degree black belt. Now I'm working on fighting depression and insomnia. That will be my greatest achievement so far.

1. Bought a couple of my dream cars. Felt a lot less satisfying than the years of idolizing prepared me for. Sold and learned an expensive lesson about setting my life around posessions.
2. Traveled to Bhutan and returned with eternally valuable memories, lessons, perspectives and friends.
3. Supported a children's education charity abroad after learning about it in international news.
My advice: Check off your bucket list one achievable step at a time, and it may help you rewrite a better bucket list.

I'd always get an 'aww...that's so cute' pat on the head when I (starting around age 4) told grownups "I'm going to grow up and teach in Africa!".
Well, guess what, head-patters? I sure as sh*t did it and it's not 'cute' - it's hard work and frickin' amazing!
Lesson: never doubt the stubbornness of a child

I finally finished my song on the violin before sixth grade! The song is called "romance in f major" by Beethoven. I swear this is what Beethoven was thinking while writing this song-"I paid for the whole violin, so I'm using the whole violin." :D

Besides marrying Daniel Radcliffe I don't really have a bucket list, but I'm really happy that these things happened:
1. Met Donald Sutherland
2. Seen Aerosmith & Run-DMC perform "Walk this Way" live
3. Seen Lenny Kravitz live
4. Received recognition from the Senator for being a Pillar of Character in the Community
5. Raised a human being to adulthood (it was a little touch and go...especially after that attitude started)
6. Finally graduating college after becoming a single parent at 19

After having rabbits, a turtle, and a snail, I really wanted a cat. But, I was allergic to them, so I wasn't sure if it was ever going to happen. I became a cat parent in 2016, and again in 2017. I love my girls, and I take my allergy medication religiously.

At 52, purchased my 1st home without any assistance from friends for family.
Traveled to Europe and the Caribbean several times but still would like to go back to Europe when the Pandemic is over so I guess in about 2-3 years.

I always wanted to go bungy jumping so when I turned 19 my best friend at the time shouted me. I loved it that I have 2 jumps under my belt ready for my next one.

Went to see one of my favourite bands within temptation, even though I have severe social anxiety and claustrophobia, was worth it though and I'd do it again :)
