Hey fellow pandas, what item/aspect of a restaurant do you judge a restaurant/bar/coffee spot/etc on when you first go to it?

I tend to judged places on the following things:
All places:service and whether their staff are happy/content, and how management treats their non-management staff
Coffee shops: their traditional cappuccino , their drip coffee and their pour over
Pizza places: any of the following:cheese pizza, margherita pizza or a three topping pizza
Cocktail bars:a classic cocktail, their liquor selection, and a signature cocktail of theirs
Breweries : their variety of beers, and a flight consisting of one of the most popular beers they brew, a staff favorite, and the remaining ones to round out the beer spectrum
