Why Are Weird Shoe Designs Becoming Mainstream?

Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and taste has no friends, right? But, be it as it may, it’s only a partial answer to the dilemma these weird designer shoes present us with, and to get to the core of this unsightly trend, we need to dig a bit deeper.

In a world where most goodies are mass-produced, and everything looks essentially the same due to social media and its algorithms, we tend not to notice any “normal looking” things. They’re just a part of our daily lives and no longer interesting.
