It all started with my lack of fitness. I had always exercised regularly, but last year found that I just wasn't moving. Unusual for me, because I've clocked thousands of cycling hours and always been quite fit. I just didn't have space in my house to exercise. But then I noticed our rarely-used spare bedroom and all the space the bed took up. A lightbulb went off and soon I was teaching myself 3d modelling and, with some phone calls to my dad back in Ireland, had designed what would become the PIVOT Bed. And it worked! My workouts started again, I was exercising every day, and a couple of weeks ago I launched the PIVOT Bed on Kickstarter. We know how hard it can be to commit to an exercise programme. We think we've made it a bit easier with this bed.
