Like most business owners, Chris Meyer (Dirk Beefcoat) found the lending process tedious and drawn out. In 10 years of running various businesses, he applied for fourteen loans. One day, he reflected upon how many people had access to his most private information and he knew there had to be a faster, more secure way to shop loans.
Meyer reached out to his good friend, Dean Sioukas (Slade Steel), and together, the friends saw a way to transform the lending process and co-founded Magilla Loans (http://magillaloans.com/). They created the first search engine for loans, which enables borrowers to search and compare loans, without revealing any private information. After many transformations, and an app to boot, Magilla Loans boasts a whopping $1.7B of loans funneled through its website since launching in September 2015.
Now, using their assumed alter-egos, Slade and Dirk are out on the streets helping borrowers, showing them a better way to shop loans.
