Now we are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working Video Producer to join our company and build a new production team from zero for a new project in Vilnius. You'll have to create and lead a new rockstar team of pandas with a mission to reach a billion views. You can check out how we work here!

What You Will Do:
- Hire and build a team of video creators (scriptwriters, directors, videographers, video editors, actors, etc.);
- Create and manage the entire process of creating videos; choose locations, create a timeline for production work;
- Create time-efficient and effective workflow processes. Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines, coordinating and directing all talent during production;
- Create, plan and manage all the project expenses;
- Create a video vision based on the idea, storyboards, briefs.
What We Expect:
- Experience in television or film/video production, directing videos;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Understanding of social media and video platforms;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Result-oriented mindset;
- Problem-solving attitude;
- A strong desire to develop the project;
