Bored Panda Studios has the biggest YouTube channel in the Baltic States and one of the main DIY channels on YouTube with more than 15M subscribers around the world, the biggest TikTok account in Lithuania, 300M monthly video views on YouTube, and over 1 billion on Facebook. And we are growing every day! This time, we are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working full-time 3rd Party Video Editor/Researcher to join our 90-person team! You'll have to search for viral content online and edit 3rd party DIY videos for our Facebook pages and Crafty Panda.
Responsibilities:
- You will do research online (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) looking for videos with viral DIY content;
- You will be generating topic ideas for videos and researching those topics;
- You will analyze competitors and their videos;
- You will participate in brainstorming;
- You will analyze the results of our edited videos and make conclusions;
- You will edit and direct long (up to 30 minutes) YouTube artists' DIY videos by composing the best and essential shots into 3 minute viral videos;
- You will select music for each video and edit the video according to the music;
- You will generate the best headlines for our videos.
Requirements:
- Interest in various topics: DIY, How-to, beauty, art, life-hacks, etc.;
- Analytical mind;
- Internet-savvy;
- Experience in a similar research field;
- Ambition to learn new things;
- Creativity;
- Excellent Adobe Premiere skills;
- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills;
- Good English skills;
- Large portfolio of videos you are proud of.
