For a long time I've had this fascination with the Joker and Harley Quinn's relationship. I think we can all agree that it's not the most normal of relationships or the most gentle.
Yet I find myself so drawn to these characters - in particular Harley. I also find myself wondering why along with many others - particularly teenage girls - have this fascination with them.
Why has it become so glamorised?
Is their relationship considered as mysterious?
Cool.....iconic?
I wanted to convey the reality and the true dark side of the situation. This is a very sensitive subject matter with these photos so I'm completely open to opinions and feedback on this shoot. I can honestly say I'm not trying to offend, anger or upset anyone, though I'm aware that thoughts will be very mixed!
