The two Corgis Jasper Islington from Washington DC in the United States and Marcel Le Corgi®, a Welsh-born Londoner with parents hailing from France have never met each other. but that hasn't stopped them from raising funds together for charity for the second time now.
This year the two teamed up with german artist Corinna Schlachter to one-up their succesful 2015 effort with lovely and unique Corgi-themed designs, available from various on-demand printshops such as Redbubble and Teepublic. The latest piece in the line, however, are socks depicting the two rascals (one on each foot). These are being sold on Bakdrop for a limited time only and besides being just too cute to pass up they are something, probably every dog enthusiast can enjoy.
"How I met my brother" is the theme of the designs which play with the idea of the two famous Corgis finally meating in the real world - their parents always thought of them as brothers from different mothers, after all. All the proceeds from this charity run go entirely to CorgiAid Inc. in the US and the Cinnamon Trust in the UK respectively.
So far, over $1000 have been raised and while sales for the T-shirts and accessories will continue indefinitely, those in want of super cute Corgi-socks should act fast as those will only be offered up until the 15th of February.
