I started doodling the Anxious Penguin webcomic 3.5 years ago, when I was first diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. Panic attacks, heart palpitations, and intrusive thoughts were my "normal". This is the kind of advice people would give out on a daily basis, and these are some of the answers that would pop into my head...
It's been incredibly therapeutic to get the thoughts out there. And I have been using these doodles as a kind of journal for the last few years.
