Research shows that doing kind deeds every day for a week can significantly boost happiness. This is because when we do something for another person, it makes us feel like we can impact the world positively and puts us in a better headspace.
There are so many ways a bad day can ruin our mood and emotions and push us into a negative thought spiral.
