My name is Polina and I really like to explore the Russian Caucasus. The mountain peaks and the people living there fascinate and inspire me like nothing else. I go there for new ideas for paintings every year. And I really miss the mountains when I'm out of them.
The people of the Caucasus are distinguished by their hospitality and kind characters. By doing this, they make everyone who comes to the Caucasus mountains for the first time fall in love with themselves and their places, and then everyone wants to come again and again. I was among these people, so now the mountains are forever in my heart. This is what I am trying to display in my paintings.
