I wanted to make a really special dress for this years Oktoberfest and for this designed a meat pattern from images cut out of supermarket advertising.

I used supermarket advertising like this...
...and cut out meat and sausages
When I had a big collection of those...
...I arranged them to different patterns
I ordered fabric with my favourite patterns and started sewing
