Finally: home again! When I tried to clear customs at the airport in Rio de Janeiro, they found my stash of gold medals from the 2016 Olympics.
The officials in Brasil kept me there in custody on suspicion of stealing all that gold. They finally released me yesterday. I guess they hadn't heard about Wim van Erp, the all-round athlete! The "crazy Dutchman" who took Rio by surprise!
