The Force Is Strong With This Star Wars Hot Rod Fan Art!

I was really happy to have my art featured in a Star Wars Fan Art Contest that took place over on Tumblr about a year ago. My goal with these pieces was to have fun coming up with some new artwork, to participate in a great contest, and maybe get a little exposure too. My inspiration for this work came from my ten year old, along with some of the other Star Wars vehicles I’ve done over the past several years. I first received the idea of drawing Star Wars vehicles because a lot of kids (and adults too) love cool cars. And because Star Wars has a little “hot rod” infused into its DNA, what better way to create something that’s a little different than a Star Wars character with a set of wheels to match their personality! Hope you have as much fun with these pieces as I did making them!
