We collected ocean plastic, shredded it to pellets and then turned it into fibers. These fibers were aligned to create an new, innovative kind of paper completely based on ocean plastic. The pellets were also used for the cover of the book.
The book tells the story ob Pippa who frees the animals of the ocean from plastic – and so becomes the queen of the ocean. It teaches kids about avoiding plastics.
