As the moon moved out of Totality, solar prominences were visible very briefly at my location and time.
For you photo nerds, this photograph was taken on a Canon 1Ds Mark III camera, through a 3.5" diameter Questar telescope (about 1400 mm focal length and f/16 aperture equivalent), at ISO 1250, and shutter speed of 1/320 sec. The photograph was post-processed in Lightroom to adjust the exposure, contrast, highlights, and such.
