Now we are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working Technical lead/Crafter to work in Vilnius! Your job will be to create and craft various interesting things for our Crafty Panda channel as well as to be a technical and safety consultant for other crafters. Tasks will encompass everything from idea generation to implementation, to be done in the most efficient manner possible. What You Will Do:
- You will generate new video ideas;
- You will prepare steps for particular craft projects - crafting them both before and at the time of filming;
- You will work closely with the assistant, videographer, production, and editing teams.
- You will create things that will be watched by millions of people.
- You will consult other crafters about the tools and techniques for crafting.
- You will help other crafters with their filming if needed.
- You will make sure the workshop tools are in order.
- You will conduct regular training for the crafters. (Safety in the workplace, usage of tools, new techniques, etc.)
