I work with spreadsheets by day and paint by night, but all things being equal I would like to paint all the time! I'm working slowly but surely towards this state of affairs and gradually all around the world people's walls are displaying my paintings.
They are always on square canvases - when I try to paint on a rectangle it feels like I'm painting on a square with a spare bit of canvas on the edge! - and I let my imagination lead me as I complete the intricate patterns which form a picture. It's often a mixture of three dimensional images and flat pattern which somehow really work together.
My paintings take a good number of hours to complete, and I enjoy every single second of the process.
