Sleevefacing... What To Do When Your Vinyl Is Stacked Up At Home (or If You Don't Own Any).

As a supplement to the latest post about sleevefacing... my brother and I used to do this for hours as kids with our parents' records like James Taylor, Crystal Gayle and Kenny Rogers. And we still do. But what do you do when you're out with friends and your stacks of vinyl are all back at home? Or if you're not lucky enough to have a huge vinyl collection? We created the Sleevefacer iPhone app (see link below) for this reason. It lets you access your iPod or iPhone library of music, along with top 100 iTunes lists and even your photo library. Once you have an album cover (or photo) you want to use, simply rotate, resize and move the album cover to line everything up just right, then snap a photo. I'm not kidding when I say that this app is addicting... and laughs are guaranteed.
