Nearly four years ago we became skunks owners, it was a hard job to take care of the babies ,and we had to learn a lot about skunks. When they grew up they became amazing pets, skunks are very playful, kind, funny, clean, and can be very friendly to other animals and of course to children,they can be trained to go to the litter box ,they dont ruin the furniture and will be very happy to give you a cuddle especially if you have a treat for them, and they will be happy to spend all their time with you. But if you decide to become a skunk owner, you must to be sure that there is a vet nearby who knows how to treat skunks and also you must to know how to feed them because they have a very special diet.
Native Americans had skunks as pets to protect their houses from spiders and other nasty insects. so if you will become a skunk owner and you have everything to properly care for them , you will never regret becoming one.
