Skopje is the capital of former republic of Yugoslavia Macedonia. Now it calls Macedonia, and soon, maybe, North Macedonia becouse of some historian reasons. It is surounding with Serbia, Albania, Greece and Bulgaria. What is so unusual with Skopje? Well, they built their center in 21 st century! Yes, and it looks completly crazy, something as Las Vegas.
