Simone Biles has sparked speculation that she may have undergone breast augmentation surgery after sharing a series of photos from her tropical vacation.
The Olympic gold medalist showcased a noticeably bustier appearance while posing in a lime-green bikini.
She is currently in San Pedro, Belize, with her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens.

The gymnast has not addressed the speculation about the surgery.
Last year, she revealed that she did "baby Botox," which, unlike traditional Botox, uses smaller amounts of the toxin and focuses on specific areas of the face.

During a “get ready with me” video before competing at the Paris Olympics, she shared her negative experience with the cosmetic procedure.
"For my 27th birthday, I got Botox, like baby botox, in my T-zone, and I did not like it," Simone began.
"I haven't got it again because I would be standing there in practice and my eyebrow would randomly go like this [pulls it up]."

The Ohio native said her teammates would tell her that her brow had moved, but she couldn't do anything about it.
She explained that she has regained full mobility in her face since getting the injections, and she wasn't going to get more Botox in the future.

"My relationship with beauty has changed a lot over time, sometimes with the trends and sometimes not," the 28-year-old shared.
"Now, I would still say my personal preference is always having a clean face and just being confident in who I am.
"I'll have semi-permanent lashes the majority of the time, even if I don't have make-up on, but I think that it's really special to fall in love with what your natural face looks like."

"I do think that beauty standards are changing when it comes to that," she expressed. "It's okay to not be wearing as much makeup when we're out there performing, because that's not the main focus."

The 11-time Olympic medalist recalled the body-shaming comments she received when she first began competing as an artistic gymnast.
"They focused on my hair. They focused on how big my legs were," she told the magazine.
"But God made me this way, and I feel like if I didn't have these legs or these calves, I wouldn't be able to tumble as high as I can and have all of these moves named after me."
Simone previously admitted to getting "baby Botox," but stopped after one of her eyebrows started randomly lifting

"2028 seems so far away, and my body is aging. I felt it in Paris," she told L'Equipe.
"I went back to the [Olympic] village, I took the elevator, and my body literally collapsed. I was sick for 10 days."
Simone revealed that she had "aches and pains for three days" after sprinting in the garden with her friends following the Paris Olympics.
"My relationship with beauty has changed a lot over time, sometimes with the trends and sometimes not," she told Harper's Bazaar

Last month, the athlete was involved in a public feud with former swimmer Riley Gaines over their differing views on the participation of transgender athletes in sports.
The conflict began after Riley made anti-trans remarks about a transgender softball player competing in the Minnesota State High School League. In response, Simone called her a "sore loser" on X (formerly Twitter) and accused her of being a "bully."

Days later, the gymnast apologized for her comments, acknowledging that the inclusion of trans athletes in sports is a "sensitive" issue and saying, "It didn't help for me to get personal with Riley."
"Glad she didn't overdo it. She looks great," commented one fan
