Ugh! I have neighbors from Hell!
Not only do they play their music loud all day and night when I asked them what’s up and they didn’t like that so they hooked something up to shake my walls and sometimes I can feel the shaking in the middle of my house. Does anyone know what they could have hooked up? How do I stop it? Hopefully it doesn’t mess my foundation or structure

Call the police. This is literally disturbing the peace (and possible property damage) that these people are doing.
