These sarcastic and dark comics by Russian artist Anton Gudim are perfect for those who like to be challenged. While some are interesting social commentary, others are just plain absurd and a little disturbing. Many of these dark drawings will take certain knowledge and time to figure out. But all of them are very cool.
Anton is from Moscow and has been illustrating for as long as he can remember. “I drew all my life. In childhood, at school, in college,” he told Bored Panda. “I would draw cards and silly comics for my friends. It was always just a hobby for me because I have a technical education. I was always good at maths.”
While he is currently working full-time as an engineer, Anton would love the opportunity to turn his hobby into something more substantial and become a professional artist. For now though, he is happy to keep producing these imaginative and dark comics in his spare time. We are so glad that he does!
