Ilinca is 26 and she has been drawing and painting for as long as she can remember. Starting with birthday cards for her family at the age of 4 or 5, discovering by herself, but guided by her painter grandfather, the splendid techniques of oil painting when she was around 15, continuing with illustrations and calligraphy.
She soon came to realise that her paintings have small to zero chances to hang on someone else’s walls than hers. And this is why she decided to make her art wearable. How, you may ask: well, with the help of her imagination and, of course, special colours for fabric.
Now she has a small online shop with hand-painted unique blouses. There are mainly two kinds of paintings on her blouses: fashion illustrations and quotes in pretty flower-ish circles. And we have a feeling that she won’t stop here.
