Not a technician- just happened to be in the ICU/Surgery waiting room after my grandfather had a major surgery. The other woman with me was waiting to hear about her husband. He was working on the gutters or roof (I don't remember which). He fell landing on an upright broom. The stick perforated his rectum and bowels. He did not survive.
