A friend and I were travelling in Taiwan and stayed at an AirBnB in Ximending. It was a nice, neat place. What was weird though was that the bathroom had a door that led straight to a narrow balcony outside. The door had only one lock, a latch lock that could only be opened from the inside so I figured it wasn't too big of a deal. I locked the door after checking out the balcony. The next morning when I used the bathroom I saw that the door was open. I asked my friend, who woke up before me, if she had opened the door and she replied that she hadn't even gone to the bathroom yet. We were so creeped out because there was no way to open the door from the outside.
